Common questions before you buy
Hair fall after typhoid: is it normal?
Yes. A high fever can push many hairs into the resting phase at once, and they shed two to three months later. This is called telogen effluvium. It is usually temporary.
How long does hair fall after typhoid or dengue last?
Shedding usually lasts a few months. Most people see it slow by four to six months, and volume largely returns within six to nine months. See a doctor if it lasts longer.
Baal girna kaise band kare?
First find the trigger: a recent illness, stress, a diet change, delivery or a new medicine. Then support recovery with enough protein, iron checked by a doctor, sleep and gentle hair care. Shedding from a past trigger stops on its own over time.
Will my hair grow back after telogen effluvium?
In most cases, yes. The follicles are not damaged, they are only resting. Regrowth starts as short new hairs, usually noticeable from around month three to six.
Can stress cause hair fall?
Yes. Severe stress, such as exams, job loss, grief or poor sleep, can trigger telogen effluvium two to three months later. Managing stress won't stop hair that has already been released, but it helps prevent the next round.
Is there a hair fall season in Pakistan?
Some studies suggest people shed slightly more in late summer and autumn. Seasonal shedding is mild and temporary. Heavy shedding needs a cause checked.
